As an Olympic field events athlete, Tessa provides a rare combination of her experience of what it takes to be an Olympic Champion with a very real practical understanding of the processes of progressing physical wellness and fitness in a sporting context. She works closely with Martin on all performance projects and acts as a mentor to our performance athletes.

As an Olympic track athlete Derek has experienced success as an athlete and as a businessman. He has been very successful at other sports including professional basketball and motorcycling. He is also a very successful motivational speaker and he works closely with Martin on all performance projects and acts as a mentor to performance athletes.
